What is the LED aging test, and why is it so important?

Putting LEDs through an LED aging test is crucial in ensuring that they will last if promised. The purpose of an aging test on lighting components is to detect flaws in the product and evaluate how well it holds up to extreme conditions. For led lighting goods to be of high quality and have a low failure rate, aging tests must be accurate and reliable.

It’s a reliability test to ensure the LED product meets international requirements. In addition to improving the LED product’s performance and stability, this rigorous testing also has other advantages.
When an LED product breaks, it’s typically because of one of two things: the welding method (incorrect welding temperature, excessive soldering time), or the quality of the LED.

Why it is necessary?
