1、  Why is the red and yellow green type LED anti-static ability better?

This type LED chip is a single electrode structure, its material, thickness, substrate material between the two electrode is different from the double electrode blue and green LED, its  bore electrostatic energy is much higher than the double electrode. With the principle of dam break, the  “dam” of red LED constructs much thickness, the materials used are better than the the double electrode, of course the resistance to water of much higher.

Therefore, its anti-static is often weaker. Usually LEDs that are easy to be dead lights and leakage tend to be blue, green, white LEDs.
