Electret treatment makes the filter material fiber charged. Use of meltblown cloth electrostatic electret generator:
Step 1: Check the integrity of the instrument before use. Each connecting wire should be free of open circuit and short circuit, and the equipment should be free of cracks.
Step 2: Place the host and the pressure doubling cylinder in the proper position, and connect the power cord, special four core connecting wire and grounding wire respectively. The host grounding wire, voltage doubling cylinder grounding wire and discharge bar grounding wire shall be separately connected to the ground wire of the tested object (i.e. one point grounding). It is strictly forbidden to connect the grounding wires in series with each other. The special grounding wire equipped with the instrument shall be used.
Step 3: Place the power switch at the off position and turn the voltage regulating potentiometer counterclockwise to zero. The setting value of overvoltage protection is generally 1.1 times of the test voltage.
Step 4: Before turning on the power switch on the panel of the control box, make sure that the static electret generator of the meltblown cloth is connected to the 220V AC power supply, carefully check whether the wiring is correct, and also check whether the grounding wire of the high-voltage discharge rod is reliable.
Precautions for meltblown cloth electrostatic electret generator:
1. Most of the products are high-voltage test equipment, which is required to be used by high-voltage test professionals. Before use, carefully read the operating instructions and receive repeated operation training.
2. The number of operators shall not be less than 2. During use, the safety operation procedures related to high-voltage test of the unit shall be strictly followed.
3. In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the test, in addition to being familiar with the product manual, the test operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant national standards and procedures.
4. All connecting wires shall not be connected incorrectly, especially the grounding wire. Otherwise, the test device may be damaged.
5. When the device is used, the output voltage is high voltage or ultra-high voltage, which must be reliably grounded. Pay attention to the safe operation distance.
