Introduction to waterproof jet test device

What is the waterproof jet test device?
The waterproof jet test device can also be called IPX56 test box, hand-held water sprayer, water flushing test machine, etc. It is an open waterproof test equipment belonging to IPX56, which conducts a level 5 or 6 waterproof test on products. It is mainly used for electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts. Its use area is not limited. The base of the equipment has four movable casters, which can be moved and used conveniently.

IPX56 waterproof jet test device has three different models: manual side spraying, automatic side spraying and open model,
1. The flushing test chamber is applicable to the test of a 5-level waterproof grade for the product test requirements.
2. The chassis is made of SUS304 # stainless steel, which will not rust after a long time of use.
3. It has its own water storage tank. The water level float valve is installed in the water tank to automatically control the water inflow. It also has a good functional feature. When the water level in the tank is low, it will automatically alarm and monitor to remind personnel of the mechanical damage caused by water shortage.
4.The test time can be set to 0-99min (adjustable). After the test, the machine will stop automatically.
5.The spray water flow can be adjusted manually through the flowmeter.

Problems and solutions of IPX56 waterproof jet test device:
1. If the equipment starts with abnormal noise or other abnormalities and cannot operate normally, please confirm that the voltage and frequency of the connected power supply are consistent with the product nameplate. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged.
2. After startup, the touch screen displays the phase sequence error. Since the waterproof 56 power supply is three-phase, the equipment cannot operate normally if the phase sequence is incorrect. Please shut down the machine, and then switch the phase sequence of any two phases of the power line before starting the machine.
3.If the turntable rotates during the test, will it lead to the winding of the sample power cord The turntable designed by Shanghai Lishan will rotate in the opposite direction every minute. Use our waterproof plug power cord to power the sample, and the length is enough. It will not lead to winding.
4.The sound of the water pump starting can be heard, and the flowmeter is also in the open state, but no water sprays from the nozzle, please stop the water pump first, and then open the pump exhaust valve in the figure below, until there is water flowing out, and then close it. Then restart the water pump.
Note: The latest waterproof 56 has no exhaust valve. After redesign, the equipment can be used normally as long as enough water is injected into the water tank.
5. After starting the test, the equipment will not start the test Please confirm that the program is in the initial state. Please click Reset and then click Start Test again.
6. How to confirm the test results: If the sample is short circuited and extinguished during the test, it must be unqualified. If the sample still lights up normally, it is necessary to take out the sample, wipe the moisture on the surface, and then open the sample to check whether there is water entering the interior. If there is water entering, it is not up to the standard.
