Why does the waterproof test equipment fail?
In fact, for a piece of equipment that has been used for a long time, there are some small faults. After all, the performance of the machinery and the friction of the parts after working are worn off each other. What is the reason for its failure? There may be an error in the operation step.
1. The water flow of the needle does not reach the standard value. Please replace the deformed and blocked needles in time.
2. In the middle of the test, the waterproof test equipment stops suddenly, the water in the water tank is lower than the water level switch, and the water shortage alarm is given. Please replenish the test water in the water storage tank in time.
3. Low water flow is common in needle outlet. Please check the filter element in the filter in time and replace the black filter element.
4. Click Start, the waterproof tester cannot operate normally, check whether the pendulum tube returns to zero position, disconnect the power supply for 5 minutes, start the waterproof tester, click the pendulum tube on the operation interface to return to zero, and then start again.

The rotation speed is 1~5rpm which controlled by PLC panel.
