What are the operation steps of IPX8 waterproof test equipment?
1. Water filling: confirm that the water pipe has been connected; First open the water inlet valve, then turn on the tap; Observe the water level gauge and add it to the standard scale; Then the water inlet valve shall be closed in time.
2. Open the tank cover of IPX8 waterproof test equipment: after all the bolts of the tank cover are loosened, press the cylinder switch and wait for the cylinder to jack up the tank cover until it is fully opened.
3. Sample loading: slowly put the determined test sample into the tank. If the sample floats, add the counterweight;
4. Time setting: set the test time (unit: min) through the time relay to start the test
5. When the test of IPX8 waterproof test equipment is completed: after the set time is reached, the equipment automatically stops, and automatically opens the exhaust solenoid valve to exhaust the air in the tank. 6. Open the tank cover: after the automatic pressure relief, the user should first open the vent valve on the tank cover and confirm that the air pressure in the tank is discharged. To open the upper cover.
7. Take out the sample: please stand at the side of the device and then take out the sample from the side.
8. Check the water quality: if the water quality in the tank of IPX8 waterproof test equipment is not polluted, it can be used continuously; If the water quality is turbid, please replace the water in the tank in time to facilitate the next test.
