Explain the mechanism of vibration test system

Tests for mechanical vibration are conducted using the “vibration test,” an established technique for gathering consensus on the product’s performance and quality to derive accurate results that allow for objective identification. A vibration generator is used to accomplish this test.
The loud speakers of audio systems are used as the vibration generators in the vibration test systems. Instead of using a sound source to power the vibration generators, they use vibration controllers.

Principle
Loud speakers produce sound by amplifying and converting electrical signals (such as those from CDs) that are fed into the system. When it comes to testing vibration test equipment, vibration generators are like loud speakers in sound systems.
Instead of using a sound source to power the vibration generators, the amplifiers are powered by vibration controllers. When transducers are used to track the movements of specimens and/or vibration tables, signals from the transducers are sent back to the vibration controllers to change the vibrations to meet the test parameters.
