Based on the characteristics of the above four kinds of measuring system, we have adopted light source movement method, as shown in figure 2. The light source can rotate around the horizontal axis that is the same with the light source axis, and can rotate around the vertical axis that is perpendicular to the light source. When the lamp rotates around the vertical axis, the detector with the same horizontal height with the turntable center will measure the irradiance value of each horizontal direction. When the lamp rotates around the horizontal axis, the detector will measure the irradiance value of each vertical direction. The vertical axis and the horizontal axis can continuously rotate within the range of ±180°. Moreover, reference radiation meter with the light source of the relative fixed position to monitor the change of the measuring light source in the process of measurement.
The structure of the whole measuring system is as shown in figure 3. The ultraviolet radiation detector will receive the radiation signal of one direction in the space emitted by the UV light source on the turn table. Microcomputer will process the measured data and calculate the radiant flux based on formula, at the same time it also can give the radiation intensity distribution curve of arbitrary spatial section and the radiation intensity of illumination distribution of any work surface in the actual application. At the same time, the microcomputer system will control the system through the turntable, making the turntable rotate around two directions, so as to make the system measure the irradiance of the light source in any direction of the space.
