The IPX9K waterproof test chamber is ideal for testing electrical equipment and auto components in wet locations with high temperatures and high pressures. IPX69K, the high-temperature high-pressure jet water test chamber, was created in accordance with IEC60529, DIN40050-9 figure 7, and ISO20653.
Equipment can perform the following tests: Testing for IPX5/IPX6, IPx6K/IPx9KA 7-inch LCD touch panel allows the operator to set the test conditions, and a PLC automatically controls the equipment.
Stainless steel was used in their construction to support a live test of the nozzles, turntable, and inner box. Motors, electric components, and other car parts are all subjected to a waterproofing test using this technology. After the test, the user may decide whether the product’s performance meets the standards or not, and if not, redesign and enhance it.
How does it function?
An unclogging siphon, a solenoid valve, a fan spout, and a turntable are all included in the hardware package. Water warming is done in the tank. Introducing, for example, on the turntable, changing of spout position, and closing of hardware are all part of the test.
Set up the test parameters, secure the door, then start the equipment to conduct a test. The four spouts are tested for 30 seconds each. The test water is reusable, and the gear may be tested continuously for eight hours.
The inside material is 304 stainless steels, which has a mirror finish and is resistant to rust, high temperatures, and corrosion. The test specimen is powered via a single-phase 16A internal power interface installed in the workroom.
For high temperature and high-pressure water jetting tests, there are four nozzles, and the samples may be positioned at four angles (0°, 30°, 60°, 90°). The speed and angle of the turntable may be modified, and it is constructed of 304 stainless steel.

IPX5 Water jets
The water sprayed from any direction by a nozzle (6.3 mm) onto an enclosure will have no negative consequences. Measurement parameters include the following: 15 minutes of testing time, 12.5% of the sample volume and 30 kPa of pressure were measured at a distance of 3 meters.
IPX6: High-pressure water jets
From every angle, strong (12.5 mm nozzle) sprays of water will not injure the enclosure. A flow rate of 100 LPM and a pressure of 100 kPa at a distance of 3 m is required for the test.

IPX6-K powerful water jets with increased water pressure
The enclosure will not be harmed by intense jets of water (12.5 mm nozzle) fired at it from any direction at any pressure. At least three minutes, 75 liters of water, 1000 kPa pressure, and a three-meter distance are all requirements for the test.
