How much water is put into the waterproof test chamber?
The waterproof test chamber can be divided into 1-9 conventional waterproof grades. Different protection grades have different test methods, of course! The requirements for test water flow will naturally change. For example, the precipitation requirement of IPX12 is 1-3mm/min; IPX34 flow is required to be 0.4mm in diameter; IPX3 flow: 1.8L/min ± 0.05; IPX4 is 6L/min ± 0.05; Note that the water flow of IPX34 swing tube rain test chamber is related to their swing tube radius and number of openings. The flow varies with the size and number of swing tubes.
The water flow required by IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625L/min; The water flow of IPX6 is 100 ± 5L/min. The water flow of other waterproof test boxes will not be listed here.
