All requirements of clauses 20 and 21 of standards IEC884-1, IEC 60669-1, and IEC 61058-1 are met by this plug socket switch tester for wall outlets and switches. Switches for residential and similar permanent electrical systems are put through their paces, from turning on and off to seeing how long they last under regular conditions.
This plug socket switch tester is also used to determine the mechanical action of the usual operating lifetime and the breaking volume of plug and socket tests. The tests aim to determine how well the switches, plugs, and sockets can resist mechanical damage or electric fatigue failure under typical operating conditions.
Ascertaining whether the sample has sustained excessive damage depends on whether or not contact adhesion happens or whether or not the phenomena of being the on (off) station for a long period exists.
The push-button, toggle, rocker, push-pull, and knob switches with rated currents of less than 32A may be tested with the plug socket switch tester. When coupled with a load box, it may perform various load tests.
Working
The plug socket switch tester has a stainless-steel seal plate, a servo motor, a ball screw, a 7-inch multicolour touchscreen display, and PLC control. The rotational angle, testing rate, connection time, and duration of each test may all be controlled in advance. It may show the current sample on the screen of the device.
There is a total of six desks available. There are three linear switch test/plug and socket test switches and three rotary switch test switches. It may fault alert and keep track of the number of trials when the switch turns on and off in rapid succession due to adhesion or failure. After an alert has been triggered, the test will end immediately.
LISUN has one of the finest testers for this testing.
Application
Use a plug socket switch tester to test switches, plugs, and sockets on home electrical appliances. It examines the couplers’ on/off functionality, breaking strength, and service life under typical conditions. It may use this tester to see whether the socket will survive regular usage without breaking down due to mechanical wear or electrical stress. Long-term closure and disconnection phenomena, as well as contact adhesion, are also examined.
Features
In addition to the aluminium frame, servo motor, synchronous belt drive, 7-inch colour touch screen operation, potent digital display function, and PLC control system, the tester also has several other characteristics. Test durations, conduction current (opening) rates, speeds, trips, and rotation radii may be programmed in advance (up to 15 angles). The conducting current may be seen thanks to the included current display capability.
